CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy establishes that users will be able to cancel their reservation, having the right to a refund of the amounts they had paid provided that the cancellation is made more than 15 days in advance. If the cancellation is made between 8 and 15 days, the refund will be 50% of the amount paid. If, on the contrary, the cancellation is made 7 days or less in advance, there will be no right to a refund of the amounts.
Els Plans Wellness reserves the right to rectify or cancel reservations in case of fraud or error. In this case, we will notify you within a maximum period of 48 hours of the alternatives we offer you or your reservation’s cancellation.
